On day I came here the coffee brew is mild but not watered down like other locations and staff was nice. Small store. Did not experience student rush as other reviews probably time of day.Take out only as of COVID 19.

Roughly 30 people waiting inside amidst the pandemic. Manager was yelling at her employees the entire time in front of all the patrons. You're better off walking the extra 15 to Cleveland Circle.

The worst Dunkins ever, I swear they mess my order up on purpose. Got a tea with sweet and low they forgot to add the sweet and low. Had a bagel cream cheese on side when I get to my destination. Bagel not toasted and loaded with cream cheese, stay away from there, they will ruin your morning.

Really nice employees who do their best with the rush of college students. Donuts are usually really stocked if you go at good times.

In general, Dunkin is fine. And I'm not the type to typically complain. But I have lived in Brighton for 5 years, and I have never had a good experience here. The staff is rude, the coffee tastes sour, the lines are so long. Today, I was waiting 6 minutes behind someone because she was chatting with the cashier.
5 years. I used to come to this location semi regularly until I stopped after my second year. The past 3 years I would come in once a month, and I have been disappointed every time.
The staff needs to learn basic manners & customer service. I don't ask for much. I just want coffee that doesn't taste sour, and to actually be helped instead of watching the employees chat it up with their friends who visit.

Pretty mediocre but that’s what you’re asking for with Dunkin. That being said the service is usually pretty good, and they are quick to get you your food and drink

I have tried and tested this location too many times, and ALWAYS get disappointed!! Why does the coffee here taste awful, even with extra flavor in it? Is this really a “Dunkin Donuts”?? And the staff is so unfriendly: I walk in and greet, and they just stare, regardless of whom is at the register!
I hope their management read all these reviews, as most are not positive.
