Bojangles

If I could give this place a zero I would. Another terrible experience at another Bojangles. Went to the drive thru after a long drive this evening and was told they had just put chicken down and it would be 15 minutes. I said that fine I will wait. They took my money and asked me to park in the curbside park area number 1. Did that. Waited. Waited. Waited. 30 minutes later I walked in to check on my order and was told they put the wrong chicken down. I was wanting an 8 piece mixed box. They didn't have any white meat. Would have been nice for someone to come and tell me they made a mistake once they realized it . That would have saved me 15 minutes. But no. My order obviously wasn't ready. I just asked for my money back. I'm not sure how Bojangles stays in business but it will be a long time before I return. Would be better off just closing and let someone else use the space.

I ordered a #13 and got 2 pieces of chicken and not 3 like the menu says.. the other occasion was I ordered sweet tea and received unsweetened tea!! I am about put out with this place .. what is so bad they are better than this!! May god bless their hard times.. They need some serious management!! JS

I try hard to only post positive reviews because everyone has off days. But this is the third BAD experience I have had with this Bojangles. I ordered the tailgate box and they informed me they didn't have any white meat. So I ordered the fish sandwiches for me and my husband. The fries were so salty I couldn't eat them and the fish sandwiches looked and tasted like they had been under a heat lamp for 24 hours. The tartar sauce was runny and disgusting. It all went into the trash can. Three strikes you're out. I will never spend another hard earned dime on this joint.

We ordered through the drive-through window but noticed that the dining area was open and there only a few people in there so we went inside and ate. We would much rather dine in and eat hot food then take it home and have cold soggy food. The Bo Supreme sandwich was delicious as well was the Bo berry biscuit. However, It appears to me the biscuit has shrunk in size although I guess so has everything else these days,except the price. Highly recommend Bojangles.

The lady that took my order was beyond unfriendly first we had to wait in a long line just to be told they was out of this and that we finally got our order sit down to eat over heared the lady behind the counter telling people it was 8 mins on biscuits sounds like to me they need some managers that actually do there job instead of standing behind the counter or back in the office playing with there phone or whatever they do Instead of doing there actual job
