Sad and disappointed. Purchased cold food. Strips were old, fries were warm and biscuits crumbles like.concrete rocks!
Update, I will never go to this KFC again or any others because of the service of this location!!!

This is the closest KFC and Taco Bell in our area. Never had bad chicken here, or Taco Bell stuff. Haven't ate inside since Covid hit, but I don't miss it. I enjoy the drive thru and having a car picnic with family. They get top stars from me because they don't rush me at the drive thru. I can be indecisive and get really nervous if pushed. They are always super patient and I don't feel the random panic purchase because I couldn't think. Nashville Hot tenders are a favorite, miss the Nacho party pack. The chicken is expensive but not more than any other chicken place. Food is always hot, neat, and delicious. I hope the new ChicFillA doesn't weed them out cause I love this location.

Did an online order and paid online expecting to be able to arrive at the restaurant and pick up our order at the scheduled time. We arrived only to find out we had to still wait in the drive through line 8 to 10 cars deep. Our order was already purchased and bagged getting cold as we waited in line behind people that were just placing their order and getting freshly packaged and warm food. We will not be going to this KFC ever again and may not go back to any KFC based on this experience.

Yum yum. I haven't eaten here in years. Son requested for last day of school. We got the big family bucket. They had run out of extra Krispy breasts, so gave us extra dark pieces instead. Dark is exactly what we prefer! We had left overs and they were even good the next day.

The service was good for the amount of staff they had on hand. Only four people working during peak rush hour. I felt bad for them. Then there was the food, KFC is know for good food. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. All this combined, I will not be returning!!

Tried to order and women said there was no chicken then goes on to say yeah sorry we called someone to fix it ?. So which is it are you out of chicken or is your machine broken?. Anyways not a reliable spot I can see from some other reviews

Please put up a sign that says no dine in. I see 40+ people per day drive in, and walk to the door, locked, go to the other door, locked. For younger people who cares. But it pains me to see an elderly person or couple take 5+ minutes to park, get out, and walk to the door only to find out locked. Customer service please
