The overweight mexican woman employee did not wash her hands or put on new gloves before preparing the food, when I asked her a question she responded very rudely, and started coughing over the food without covering her mouth, I changed my mind and left the store, she's is trying to give people salmonella food poisoning, Gross.

I placed a $40+ order on the app and my order was all messed up. First, they did not contact me when they were out of product, they waited until my roommate got there to pick it up. I wasn't worried about them being out of product it happens, but they didn't even have the rest of the order done that didn't call for the out of stock items. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:10pm and my roommate had to wait for them to make the entire order. My roommate was supposed to have a spicy Italian and when he saw it was being made wrong he said something to the man working and because he was tired of waiting he told him just to give him what he was making. It was a total disaster and we will be driving the extra distance to the Town East location from now on.

the food was fresh i just hate when i’m giving directions on how i want my food and the person is doing what they want instead of listening. I asked for my veggies to be put on, toast my flat bread then put the sauce ..instead you chose to put everything on then toast it. how why would i want my sauces hot and running off the flat bread?
