Taco Bell

Drive through took a really long time and the car in front of me had some bags and drinks passed out and returned. Seemed to be alot of confusion so i asked to confirm my order. Was assured it was correct and asked and was assured there was plenty of taco sauce. Some kids like diablo and some like mild Got home and 6 burritos/tacos with 3 packets of sauce. So, who gets the dry burritos? And the tacos i got, which i ate with no sauce had stale shells.Last time.

I went there this evening to try the quesalupa & I was disappointed 😞! Barely any meat, it wasn't hot & not much cheese like they advertised. Then I also ordered a nacho bellgrande which was in a cardboard box with not paper/wrapper on the bottom of the box. Then only 3 chips max with once again beef. I took a picture of it. So disappointing.

I placed my order online via doordash. I was pretty hungry so I ordered the toasted cheddar chalupa deluxe box. The box includes the cheddar chalupa- chicken, beefy 5 layer burrito , crunchy taco, chips and nacho cheese sauce and the drink I chose was the lemonade strawberry squeeze. The order was received in a timely manner but the food was a let down. I began eating the chips with nacho sauce first, then the crunchy taco, followed by the beefy 5 layer burrito. I left the toasted cheddar chalupa- chicken for last. What a bad decision I didn't like it at all couldn't get passed the chalupa's smell. It smelled old as I believe they use aged cheddar for the shell. It didn't taste good what a waste of money . The drink flavor was very light also . I don't visit taco bell often and after this disappointing meal that will stay the same.

I guess the night crew is new or just don't know how to read a order on the screen. I order a bean and cheese burrito with no onions, no red sauce but add nacho cheese sauce. Of course whomever prepared the food did not add the nacho cheese sauce but I was charged for it. So I returned to the drive thru and the young lady act like she did not hear me when I told her that it was not added. I had to repeat myself at least 4 times. Just a little advice to the night crew and management less talking and more listening and slow down when people are giving you their order. I was completely rushed, and the proper way to ask someone are the finish is would that complete your order Sir or Ma'am.
