So you order to breakfast sandwiches bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and you don't get any bacon you call the store and the manager tells you have to bring the food in to show them that you didn't get bacon great customer service dunks. When they tell you to bring both sandwiches in a new tell them the husband ate the other one that does not that will be done now they hang up on you. It's all about the bacon

DIRTY, DISGUSTING, LONG HAIR IN MY BAGEL for the second time. Don't get your kids sick and food poisoned at this place, It was my second time found a FREAKING LONG HAIR in my bagel, they didn't even say sorry. The lady working there took the order was rude and impolite and made me get out of my car and go into the store and wasted 30 mins of my time to get me another one ( they didn't give my money back so I had to get another one ) This is my very first bad review on internet ever because I'm just so pissed

Bathroom was absolutely disgusting, thought the toilet was going to go through the floor! The girls working had a terrible attitude, and wondered why some of the didn't get any tips, which shouldn't have been discussed in front of costumers. I had to have them remake my coffee, the second one was worse than the first. I did not feel comfortable asking for another remake because of everyone's attitude. The bacon roll-ups I ordered were thrown together and thrown in a bag, hash browns were barely warm and hard! Donuts were the only acceptable thing about this location!
