They’re usually pretty good, fast and proficient, however, today was quite the opposite. They couldn’t find my mobile order, so he went to get someone to help. It took her a minute, but she found it. Great! Then, we had to park and wait for my one item. Lastly, they went to the wrong car before delivering it to me. What a trip!

Bathroom was broken and the dining area was wet and the ceiling was dripping on the floor. There were a bunch of employees who either didn't want to be there or really just don't want a job.... No cares given about the water all over the floor and the potential lawsuits... Food took about 20 minutes to get 2 Big Macs..... they couldn't even figure out if the drink machine in the dining area was working.... WTF....

Ordering through a drive-thru and double check in verbally with cashier and pick up double-checking if it is what I ordered both said yes and I drove off and when I look in the bag the sausage McMuffin with egg white isn't there there is no McMuffin in the bag so I decided to call and the manager answered the phone and said we didn't even sell any cookies today and I'm trying to tell her yes you have a have the receipt be nice and polite about it and she hung up on me so I drove back over there and guess what happens the one that was giving me the food talking to me still gives me a wrong my muffin gives me a McMuffin a regular one where's my McMuffin with egg white a sausage McMuffin with egg white and guess what I got a Niger rated regular sausage McMuffin these people working here needs to go check themselves in back 2 school
