Mcdonald's

My order was taken wrong. Could not get them to understand I wanted a 10 piece nugget meal and 3 happy meals. So I just told them to give me what's on the receipt. When the girl handed me my drinks the guy was trying to pull them back from me and the kids taking orders and whatever were laughing. I will not go back and will let everyone know what horrible service I received. They lost a very good customer.

We had a great experience here last week. The kids area was huge and we loved the tables being included with the play room area. The food service was fast and the staff were polite. They got our order correct for lunch and again for the kids desserts. The tables were clean for us but I would say the kids play area needs a thorough wipe down.

I tend to always have problems of some kind with this location. No receipt, items on menu can't be ordered even when I show a receipt from 4 days ago ordering the same thing only to be told that the item shouldn't have been sold, not ringing up orders correctly, fries cooked in dirty old grease and items wrong in order. It's not every time but it's enough for me to avoid this location going forward. Another location off the list for me. I don't eat it but my family does and they don't eat it often. However, if I'm going to give it to my family, quality and care matters.

3PM lunch, My work is on the road repairing machine. Sometimes I have a machine that takes longer time then other. Today I had to take my lunch later in the afternoon “3PM lunch” I order something quick, two cheeseburgers meal in the drive through. It took too long to receive my food. But my food was horrible the food was cold the bread was stale it’s sucked. I’ll never come to this McDonald’s I don’t care what time of day ever again.

Was hard to get in the door because a large trashcan was half way in front of it. As I squeezed passed employees watched. I guess to. See if I could do it. They never bothered to come move the huge can. As I waited almost 15 minutes for my food I noticed a tray of employee drinks next to where the food slides out. One young girl scratched her head with the plastic gloves on and then proceeded to go to the fryer and empty a basket. I was a little grossed out. Not sure what the deal was.

Terrible. Just to sum it up to one word. Ordered a double fish fillet, but they gave me a single fillet, so I went back to return it. The young lady took the sandwich back from me, added the fillet, then handed the same sandwich back to me through the drive thru window. And of course it was cold and hard. The fries were lukewarm and they didn't give me any napkins either. I'm officially done with McDonald's permanently. I definitely don't recommend this location at all. Gave 2 stars for the apple pie which was pretty good.
