Rude rude rude... Sunday morning!! Maybe it gets lost in the English/Indian translation repeatedly said good morning.. No response no smile!! Almost walked out..if I didn't have my family there I would have.. Last time I go here...... when they speak back to you 1/2 is in another language.. Come On! At least learn the language in the country you live in.

This location is horrible. For the second time in 2 weeks, they do not want to honor the app order price (first, buy one get one free, and today, 2 $5 foot longs). They claim they didn’t get the order on the app, and then try to charge you more for ordering in the store. They are rude, they scream at you, and act like you’re crazy! We have been great customers for years there, and I don’t know if ownership has changed or what, but we will NEVER patronize this location again.Oh, and I got charged both times on the app and didn’t get the order.

I ordered a meat sub on the app. Paid in full. I got home and ready to eat and found that my sandwich didn't even have meatballs? How does a company fail to put the main ingredient on the sandwich? I immediately tried to call and got no answer even though theyre open until 7 pm and I called at 6:30. Im super disappointed

Their app said that they was open. It allowed me to place my order and it allowed me to pay for my order. The app said order would be ready in 15mins.. I got to Subway to pick up my order and to my surprise they were CLOSED. VERY DISAPPOINTED. THEY SHOULDN'T TAKE YOUR MONEY WHEN THEY ARE CLOSED!!! THIS IS WHY I WILL NOT EVER ORDER FROM SUBWAY APPS .
