Went with my wife to get some ice cream and Ricky took great care of us. He went out of his way to make us happy. We will definitely go back and see Ricky!!!!!

Visited the store 5/21 to use a local flavor certificate that was purchased. The one high school guy was the only employee in the store could not help with the certificate and called the manager/owner who wasn’t there. She was of no help or provided any assistance to redeem the certificate that she advertised and sold on local flavor to increase her sales. We bought two certificates actually and were finally able to get to the store to use one. Very disappointed with the level of customer service and we left empty handed. Not a way to operate a business.

Great ice cream...clean restroom.
Kinda pricey-small chocolate shake and a two scoop waffle bowl with fudge topping=$12+ tax and tip.
Only had one guy and one gal working so there was a wait to get the order but he was nice!
