Mcdonald's

ordered from the kiosk, other came in after me - they got food in seconds, mine took 10 minutes. When it finally was brought to me, the girl spilled my water on the tray with my food on it. She brought it anyway. Either she was too clueless to notice or she didn't care. But she made up for it by not giving me any napkins. I went to get my own napkins but there were none. I saw several employees standing around leaning on things. The food wasn't bad for McDonalds, but the experience was.

I really don't know what's going on with this McDonald's and the fries. Disgusting!!! Asked to get them out of frier anger waiting 10 min for food in the first place. And they have me cold soggy fries again. Then you call and they same come back we will replace. Well all the other food is cold As well now. This is why I should have went to Wendy's

Catherine I have to register really made me feel comfortable before I asked there was a group for a family and the kids were so happy they were dancing while they were ordering then I got to the line and I’m on the budget and I had the app and she really made me feel comfortable I feel really special I will be calling corporate letting them know what a wonderful staff I’ll be bringing my family thank you once again

I had no choice but to give them one star I didn't want to give them any stars my husband walked in, waited a long time didn't get helped he turned around to walk away he heard one of the employees said oh he's leaving ,when he came back to the van we were leaving.. This white couple walked in, so I re park the van walked in and they were getting their order taken right away.. These fast food companies don't care they're very making all the money they need to make...

I have come over to this location a lot. But lately, their customer service and attention to detail are being off.... They haven't taken my orders right since months every single time I order is never right. This last time was this morning I orden Hot CHOCOLATE for my daughter instead I got milk.....

Looked at tables when we walked in had food particles on them drink stains had to wipe off my own table then went to the to fill my drink up and come to find out they had the CO2 cut off and when I went up to the counter to tell the girl Lee the manager said don't be giving anybody cups to fill in the lobby rudely and then I went back up to get some tea and I stood there for like 5 to 6 minutes before anybody noticed that I was standing there the managers she's a Spanish woman just stood there playing with the napkin dispenser by the food been but the food was nice and hot but the service they can really work on that that's why I gave him one star McDonald's is not what it used to be
