Arby's

We came at peak dinner and it was still stale. Kids behind the counter were friendly but never again. The fries and mozzarella sticks which were great. The rest was truly awful. I ordered a half pound plain roast beef. First, they gave me a god awful dry chicken monstrosity, colloquially known as the "chicken swiss". I went to the counter, asked for what I ordered. This time, they gave me the plastic cheese version, which was drenched in some kind of mystery sauce. See the puddle? Yeah. Super cool slimy bun as a bonus. Place was completely empty at 6pm. Saw one lonely car go through drive thru the entire time. I assure you it's a total mystery why. I didn't bother trying to get another replacement. Just get me out of here. Ugh.

The worst meal we have had in a long time, for the 59.00 we paid it should have been WAY better, the chicken tenders were over cooked, everything was cold, no sauce in the bags that we asked for, the chicken tenders, the Mac and cheese had some red sauce in it...it was a total waste of money... definitely will be calling a manager tomorrow...and customer service that took our order was so rude!

First time going to Arby’s to get the steak burger that was made that they’re advertising new and the Young man talk me into upping to medium size my order and I asked for a large strawberry lemonade he said they didn’t have nothing but mediums that’s why I took the medium size when I got up to the window and found out it was $11.01 for a small 12 ounce lemonade strawberry lemonade and a french fry and the burger I will never go back again I could’ve have went to Burger King or McDonald’s and got a combo meal for eight dollars or nine dollars they cost me $11 and it was small.BurgerKing or McDonald’s it would’ve been large combo meal Dollars Way too expensive for service and they didn’t have what they said so they lied and gave me a small 12 ounce lemonade strawberry and he said that was the medium size because they were out of the large cups poor excuse poor run business Then they said it when I got up to the window he said that I asked him this is a medium he said then they said they were out of medium cup which they consider large don’t understand that out on signed a price three drinks at various prices from small medium and large be more

The food was good. The cashier at the front Jaliyah leaves alot to be desired! SLOW and says nothing bearly opens her mouth behind her mask. I watched her mosey around the back area doesn't knowthe menu or what condiments to offer. 3 guests in a row were never greeted, they had to call out to her, even then she said nothing. Why is she there? And if she is new, maybe okay, but someone should have been with her. Not impressed.

I'll start by saying I love Arbys, eat there often, and typically have no issues. Today I walked in and ordered right away with no lines or issues, just two turkey gyros no onion or tomato. Obviously, the last bit went unnoticed, no biggie, I'll just pick them off. Did so upon getting home, and found someone elses hair in my wrapped food. Yes, definitely someone elses, seeing as I have light colored hair. Still giving a star because service was prompt and polite.
