I can NOT say enough great things about this location. They are the only Dunkin locally that gets my order exactly right. The staff is always nice and smiling. LOVE IT!

This location is extremely trashy and disappointing. I’ve been going here for the past few months and the only thing consistent is the lack of menu items they’re always out of. Dunkin is part of my weekly routine and every time I go an order they will be out of several menu items. Whoever is handling inventory needs to do better. The manager here is also incredibly rude. On several occasions she has made me uncomfortable with her passive aggressive comments, but this morning really tipped off any suspicions I had of her. I order the same thing each morning I go, however now the manager tells me I’m no longer able to get a large ice water and if I wanted water I had to pay the price of an iced coffee, $3.15. Since when was water not free??? With inflation I understand compensating for inventory but at that point that’s more expensive than a bottle of water there. I asked for a complimentary cup of water whatever size that was, and she then told me that would be $1.25 at the window. The water was already made and it truly seemed like she just wanted to give me a hard time seeing that she has a history of making rude and uncalled for comments, so when her coworker handed her the water she said “oh she doesn’t want it anymore. 🙄” to which he responded “so why did she ask for it in the first place”. This location needs better management, she’s unfit and clearly does not have the customer service nor skill set to manage a location.

Drive through down-- Frustrating because I purposely went to this location because the other one closer to my home has no drive through and my mobility is limited. Service and food quality were good but it was 11:00am and they had no lemon or double chocolate donuts. Not sure if they ever carry lemon anymore...The breakfast sandwich was very good.

I saw no drive-thru line so I stopped to order but just a 30 second interaction with whomever was taking drive- thru orders was enough for me put my car in reverse and leave. I'm not wasting my money, time or energy. Too bad this location's management doesn't seem to understand this. Customer service tip: - Know your own menu - Treat customers with respect. - Don't let the customer pay the cost of your learning.

How can a place be consistently inconsistent? Their drive-thru line is horribly long and to make matters worse, when you finally get to the speaker to order, they make you hold and will eventually take your order. The front door to the inside of the restaurant will randomly be closed. There have been times when the drive-thru line was too long, so I parked to go inside, and to my surprise, the door is locked. I'm not sure if this a corporate decision or the employees just decide when they want to keep the door locked for whatever reason.

Drove to the drive thru was nice on mic till I got to window and the guy said oh Home Team they suck.! I was taken back I was still polite and I paid for the coffee snd he gave me all Pennie’s for my change. I haven’t been there in over 6 month because I have very bad experiences there. So no I will no longer go there I will go across the street to McDonalds.!!!

Horrible unfriendly staff.Repeated my order 5x, she repeated it back incorrectly. No minimum level of hygiene, I stopped for simple sandwich ends up with a lot of unpleasant experience. Don’t go there

The food is fine. Donuts and coffee pretty much taste like you get it any other location. Unfortunately right now these guys are understaffed and overworked, and the results are starting to show. For a while now, they always seem like they're forgetting parts of the orders or not even letting customers know something's ready. Everyone seems like they're working hard, but they need more people and the sign on the door pretty much says the same. Might just be easier to go to another location down the road.
