Wendy's

This is the greatest Wendy's ever! I make customized online orders and they never mess up. Management is quick to resolve any issues. I've seen them with a line wrapped around the building but still run through the drive-thru line in less than 10-15mins. I appreciate the hard work and great attitudes! You guys rock at your jobs!

This is the worst Wendys you can ever visit. They always mess up your order than have u go out of your way to bring orders back, take it from you even though they mess it up (which is a huge food risk and probably reselling it) then have an attitude like you inconvienced them, they will ask you to bring it back and then also give you false manager names in case you don't and go the next day (even though they said its ok) and say there is no one there by that name. They really need new management, Mariam obviously doesn't know customer service along with her workers and needs to be replaced. I will continue to do reviews and pictures and get others involved. That whole teams attitude needs to stop and if you are not happy at your job.. QUIT. like all the rest.. Hate to give you 1 star

It’s a beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon at 12:30 and this Wendy’s drive through is stacked with a line of vehicles that circle the building. Not a problem. This location is well-staffed and we were through with order in hand in less than 5 minutes. The order was filled perfectly. My wife had the spicy chicken sandwich and I had the taco salad. The staff was pleasant, friendly and efficient. All of this points to great management with a focus on the customer experience.
