Pizza Hut

We live up north Longmont and have ordered from this store many many times! Two nights ago the delivery was postponed over two hours, after calling twice we were told it would be out for delivery soon. After half an hour we called again and it was still at the store. We called to cancel, left it as is. We received a free pizza coupon from Pizza Hut and we were looking to redeem it today. I called to order the pizza and the lady who answered the phone was beyond disrespectful!! After asking a simple question “do I need to bring my coupon to show” she started giving me attitude. After going back and forth I said “I don’t understand why you’re giving me attitude I’m just asking a question” and she proceeded to HANG UP one me. I called right back and she answered the phone, left me on the call without answering and then HUNG UP a second time! After I called a third time I spoke to the manager (she answered my call) I informed her that they had just hung up on me. She proceeded to say that the employee informed her “I had cussed her out”. Never did I cuss her out and never was I rude to her! We’ve never had any issues with this store but whatever is going on is terrible NOW! I will say the manager was polite and trying to resolve the issue but after that terrible Interaction we will not be coming back.

We walked in around 8:45pm(more than 2 hours before they closed) and stood in the front lobby for a good 5 minutes with no one coming to take our order or seat us, I ended up shouting to the back room “HELLO ANYONE HERE, ARE YOU OPEN?!” and still no response. It was only when we left to go to the Pizza Hut down the road that we ran into an employee outside the restaurant and asked if the were closed, she said they were and said she’d send someone to the front. Terrible customer service.

Terrible service! Waited about 20 - 25 minutes for a few wings, then when we finally got it, I only received 5 wings instead of 6. I went back and told the lady and she said it will be another 10 minutes for the 1 wing. While sitting and waiting for our wings, a guy was waiting to be helped for about 10 minutes. Super unfriendly service too! Will not be visiting this Pizza Hut again.

Didn't actually visit pizza hut but I did have one delivered recently. It's always hit and miss with the main street store. This time was a miss. Good amount of toppings and good flavor but undercooked, dough was wet and mushy. Fast, friendly delivery though. When your hungry, sometimes that's enough.

I said I would never order from here again but i decided to try one more time. What was i thinking?! I paid extra for pan crust not raw crust and they showed up 20 minutes late. When I called the manager argued with me that it was pan. I wish I could attach a picture here. Definitely not spending my money here again!

So I just order and they told me approximately 30-45 minutes. So it’s been over an hour now and still nothing. I decided to call and see where it was or what was taking long. I was not rude or anything. I simply said, “Hi I was just wondering where my food was.” And the lady over the phone said at first she doesn’t see my order and then finally after a minute or two finds it and says, “It’s on the way hon”. I wanted to ask and see how much longer it would take or simply apologize for calling and she just completely hung up the phone on me. I usually don’t leave reviews if a place was bad or good. But when a place is really rude or really bad or over the top amazing I go out of my way to write a review. But this place was the worse. If I could give it half a star it would be better. I did get my food still hot so that says something. But still. Don’t order from this Pizza Hut. Your money is worth else where.

Meh. It's pizza hut. No longer a sit down restaurant. They get really upset if you think it might be. Counter girl happily took my husband's order, and ignored me, which was obvious by only the pizza he ordered coming out. How did she look at me as I ordered, but didn't actually put anything into the computer? My kids and I watched dad eat, and then we left. I'll never be back. Pizza hut was only good in the early 90s. Someone needs to tell the owners.
