Chipotle Mexican Grill

I got there and they said they weren't taking walk in orders. The only way to order was with a phone app or from the website. Then the app only lets you pay with something called "google pay". Then google pay only works if you have a password pin number to lock your phone screen. After jumping through all those hoops, it said the wait time was 15 minutes, as if they're baking a pizza or something. And it all gets assembled in the back kitchen, where you have no idea what they're doing to it. I saw one person come in to pick up an online order, and 10 different cars of people come in and get confused and then leave. The customers seemed to have gotten tired of explaining it to people that don't read the sign on the door, so they just started telling customers that they were closed instead, even though they were still open for another hour. We've officially turned into China. I recommend getting on youtube and learning how to make your own chipotle at home from now on. Chipotle used to be faster than fast food, but I just wasted 40 minutes to get a simple burrito. And on top of everything, it didn't taste good at all. I foresee this location shutting down soon at this rate.

They are ridiculously stingy about cheese. One lady will yell at them for giving too much. You have to beg for a decent amount on your food. Be sure to check before you come, we've shown up and they have refused to take our order - only taking mobile orders. I understand staffing is hard, but wish we had checked ahead of time. Now we always do. Always very clean. They've recently added codes on all the bathroom doors. Cashier is hesitant to give you the number, even if you clearly just bought food and have a little one doing the potty dance. Probably have had some issues - give them grace!

Best Chipotle in town. Staff is super friendly, the food is always hot and fresh. I drive across town to come to this location. It is our go to for food, we are always satisfied and the food is always delicious. I have now tried just about every burrito combination and it's always great. Will br visiting again and again.

Who ever that older Mexican lady is that they have wrapping the burritos today on 02/08/22 needs massive raise. Thank you. I got everything i wanted on my burrito and it was wrapped the best I've ever seen a Chipotle burrito wrapped. True Saint. Love it. Give her a raise, my burritos are not easy to wrap as they have almost everything :))

Every time I order from this chipotle location I end up disappointed. The last few times I’ve ordered delivery from here the amount of meat on my meal has been laughable, so much so that I reached out directly to Chipotle and requested a refund. Barely any toppings either, except for rice. The store itself is fine - clean and usually not very busy - but the quantities are pathetic compared to other locations.

If you like overcooked Steak and Chicken this is the place for you. Placed a pick up order for a steak burrito and chicken bowl. Steak was well done and too chewy. They forgot to add salsa to both orders. Poor customer service not acknowledging someone standing at the cashier for 5 minutes waiting to get their food especially considering the place was basically empty with nobody in line. Order said ready in 5-10 minutes but took 18 minutes. Again they were empty. Long time chipotle customer usually craving their steak burritos but this was very disappointing and not satisfying. I won’t be back to this location. Hoping they just had a bad day.
