Everytime I go I get the same smiling faces. In a rush or slow they still give me the same service and I greatly appreciate dealing with people who care about their job. Thanks Dunkin team!

Rudest drive-thru employee I've ever encountered! I have gone through that drive-through at least a dozen times in the morning and every time, she is just snotty and rude. Never again.

Coffee is not how it should taste. No consistency and the workers don't seem to really want to work at dunkin. New location is about all they got going on for them. Wish I could say more positive things cause this is my local dunkin. I hope it changes for the better.

Went through the drive through. My sandwiches weren’t right, the bagels weren’t toasted, I ordered extra bacon that I didn’t get & the bacon that made it into the sandwiches was burnt. Not to mention my hot chocolate tasted watered down. Worst Dunkin’ I’ve been to as the way the employee responded to my call was to tell me they don’t charge for extra bacon (which would make them the ONLY Dunkin’ I’ve been to that doesn’t) & to act as if they don’t know what to do to fix the issue & hung up on me. Won’t be going back there ever.

Door locked during regular business hours. I don't want to wait 30 minutes for a coffee. If people order food they should pull off to the side. - updated to 4 stars because they didn't actually charge my card for the coffee. So I wasn't charged for the extra wait.

This is the closest Dunkin to our house, so we frequently stop here. I've never been inside, so I can't speak to that, but the drive through is always well staffed and moves quickly.

Usually I don’t have any issues with this location. They’re usually good but not today. Before I went to work I ordered the same thing I do every time and when I received my items my sandwich wasn’t even hot, it was barely warm and the cheese wasn’t melted, it was cold. My coffee is super dark and that’s not how I ordered it. I tried it and it tastes absolutely disgusting, the coffee tastes burnt. I order from this Dunkin’ Donuts all the time and this morning wasn’t a good experience at all.
