Ihop

I dont think I've ever given a one-star rating before, but I was utterly disappointed with my experience at this location. Honestly, I think all IHOPs are going downhill, but this one in particular has hit rock bottom. Came here after midnight with a friend and was seated fairly quickly since the place was pretty empty. One of the first things I noticed was that there was still holiday decor on the windows and it just seemed lazy that it was still there when it's almost February. The second thing that was off was when I asked for a Splashberry drink, which I always order. The server said that they dont make those anymore. I had to clarify that it was just this location because I ate at another location 2 weeks ago and they made Splashberries. I ordered a lemonade instead and asked her to add strawberry sauce to it. Turns out that the strawberry lemonade was amazing, but that was the only thing that was enjoyable. I ordered my usual bacon temptation omelette and pancakes, which came out fairly quickly, but before the food came there was another server that made a loud announcement throughout the entire restaurant saying that they had to serve everyone's food in to-go containers because they were currently washing dishes. Soooo you mean to tell me that you don't have a SINGLE dish ready to serve food. Food comes and my omelette looks great, but had no taste. This is my usual order so I am very familiar with what it tastes like, and this wasn't it...even the pancakes didn't taste great. My friend had cheese grits and they were so runny that he didn't eat them. When he said something to the server, she said that she doesn't like runny grits either, but never offered to bring more or do anything about it. There was also a particular employee that was loud, argumentative with other coworkers, unprofessional, and used profanity. There was a manager present that looked barely 18 and did nothing about the shenanigans as if it was normal.....and after all that time, I still never saw a single dish. I even overheard another customer ask for a spoon and a server say that they had none! I will definitely not return to this location, and sadly, I may have to just leave IHOP alone altogether. I have been giving a lot of grace because I understand that the pandemic has made things challenging all around, but this is just unacceptable.

ATTENTION ANYONE & EVERYONE I would like to start off with a big thank you to my server, unfortunately I seem to have forgotten her name but she went ABOVE & BEYOND! She was so polite and kind also she was very welcoming and made my short dine in visit an A++++ experience! She went out of her way to make sure I was happy and never had an empty glass! Also big round of applause and hats off to the chef on call that night! The food was my favorite! The French toast with strawberries and bananas topped with powdered sugar with eggs of my choice accompanied with hashbrowns and sausage links would be my recommendation!!! Thank you IHOP & Staff!!!

Our waitress AJ was so wonderful!!! The food however was either warm or cold. I'm NOT a fan of a room temperature omelette. Nor room temperature eggs that was supposed to be scrambled medium but were scrambled almost hard. The coffee was warm and not good at all. Not happy at all. We haven't had IHOP in a really long time and wanted breakfast for lunch. REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!😔☹️

I wish I can give this place a 0 star but I guess one will do , I don’t know what’s going on with the management or staff but they need to get it together. Every single time I come here something is always missing like there is no way you guys forget something ALL THE TIME ! I’ll blame myself for coming back to this trash place every time but this is the last time. I’m guessing you guys never worked in customer service but it should be a requirement for you guys to train employees on customer service and ensuring orders are correct before handing it out because the receipt confirmation is definitely not enough.

I really had a taste for pancakes that evening. I walked And I couldn't help but to notice the cook who looked like a twelve-year-old boy. And although it was very busy I ordered a short stack.I figured how long can it take to make 3 pancakes. I ended up waiting 40 mnts. what can I say I really had a taste for Pancakes.

I was very lucky to have 'Lucky' as my sever. They were extremely informative, exceedingly attentive, exceptionally kind, and especially funny. I have been to this Ihop several times and I have NEVER had service this amazing. I came here on a fluke today but if Lucky is working, I most definitely will be back!
