The location could use some deep cleaning from the time you enter the front door it's pretty dirty and the glass windows really smudged, also the bathroom needed some attention. The server herself was good, but they were out of sweet tea, Pibb and Sprite. We ordered our food it came out quick and hot, but the food just was not that flavorful. The penne pasta was really bland, I would not recommend. Just ok, most likely I would not return.

The new manager has completely re-birthed this location. With no exaggeration, she is the epitome of what a manager should be. The place was clean, the food was fresh and amazing! I tend to request lots of modifications with my order and most places never seem to get it right...but she made sure everything was exactly what I wanted. Great service and all of the above. She should be given a position where she's able to travel to different locations, as a training manager executive. She's the best! I am tough when it comes to great service and she checked of all of my boxes. I haven't eaten apple bees in years, yet she has us a regular now.

Visited for dessert specifically for the Sizzling Blondie. There was no hostess at the front door. The crowd was waiting to be recognized at the door. Ten minutes later a gentleman came up took our names and number and said it was a thirty minute wait. No one ever called while I sat at the bar waiting to be called. I then decided to order and the blondie appeared to be doughy not cooked well. It was not enjoyable at all. I hope service improves.

We celebrated our 3 daughters end of school year moving up ceremonies. And my husband's championship games in baseball. It was 11 of us. We didn't have to wait long to be seated. We didn't have to wait long to receive our food. Our server was very polite, pleasant, and did a wonderful job with our orders and making sure we all got what we ordered

This restaurant deserves a 0 star rating. I am convinced that any rating over 1 star is a paid review. I went to this restaurant earlier today and it was dead. Only 2 tables were occupied so I expected to receive great service but I was wrong. I sat at my table for OVER 15 minutes and was never helped. Nobody ever came to my table to speak, take a drink order, or anything. I was not acknowledged at all. Finally, I asked the hostess was someone going to help me so he tried his best to get help. The 2 employees he asked were literally sitting in the back of the restaurant laughing and talking . When he told them I needed help they basically just looked at him crazy. I was never helped and left. I have never had to walk out a restaurant due to lack of service. This place needs new management or needs to be shut down
