Sonic Drive-in

Not very impressed with the service tonight. I've been here many of times and usually if someone in front of me in the drive-thru has a large order they are waiting for normally gets told to pull forward so they can help the next customer in line well that didn't happen I waited almost ten minutes before I drove around the other side and went in to get a hot and ready pepperoni and again I can remember when they would open the box to show you what you were getting as sort of a quality check of your pizza and again the young girl failed they gave me a sausage pizza of course not once ever had I been given the wrong thing from here but someone definitely dropped the ball tonight and after I paid I ask the girl for napkins she gave me four napkins I was really put off by her don't care attitude. So after driving all the way back into Lansing and getting home that's when I realized that the pizza was wrong when I tried to call the first time someone answered the phone then immediately hung up so I tried again only to get a busy signal for almost 10 minutes finally I get through and talk to the manager and told him what had transpired he wanted me to bring back the pizza to exchange for the pepperoni I told him no at the price of gas I thought that was ridiculous that he wouldn't give me a credit for another pizza at a later date I can't imagine they would take a pizza back from a customer are you kidding me I wouldn't doubt that they would resale it which with covid I think that would be a violation of health code! Needless to say I'll shell out a few more bucks for a Casey's pizza or papa Murphys I will not be patronizing this establishment ever again!
