The majority of the staff are friendly. Even when crowded, they are tentative. The waiters and waitresses care about your food and drinks being correct and to your liking. If ordering a steak, never order it well done. Medium well will be well done. That's true for most restaurants that aren't steak houses. The deals are always affordable. The bartenders and servers are efficient. I go here often due to the atmosphere and pricing. It tends to get really chilly inside, I advise bringing a sweater or jacket.
