Clean inside . Delicious food hot and of course the coffee. Yum yum how can you not like the aroma and taste of Hot Dunkin coffee. Friendly service and quick too.

Had a great time dining here with my son and daughter getting donuts. Made my son's day. He said it's his favorite restaurant and he's 3 years old. The staff gave great service and were very kind and helpful in letting my son buy a donut at the cash register for ToGo for Mommy. The restaurant was super clean and great atmosphere.

I don’t know what some of these people are saying.. This Dunkin has been the best Dunkin in Lancaster, BY FAR. Other Dunkin’s forget to change their coffee machines, Leavin you with burnt, gross coffee. NOT THIS ONE. Always has the orders correct, everything tastes to par, and does a good job keeping things flowing. Always greeted and take care of me.

Somehow there was a donut crisis in Lancaster today! Even though I don't eat donuts I ordered donuts and coffee from Uner Eats the night before for delivery at 7:00 AM to my business meeting. I received a call from the driver this morning that the Dunkin he was delivering from is out of donuts! One way to the meeting I spotted this place and they were also out! Apparently the trucks were running late. As I was getting a couple of boxes of coffee, the lady ran up front and said the truck was there and she would pull my two dozens quickly and she did. All done while hustling with a smile and speed. Great crew! Made my day start on the right note.

Literally the fastest dunkin I've ever been to. Friendly at the mic. Originally I was mad 7 cars were in front of me but they moved like non stop. I ordered. Everyone ahead of me was already gone. I was so confused! Then paid and not even 1 minute after ordering I was gone. Wild. AND they got the order perfect. Bravo

I hope I'm reviewing the one on Columbia Ave. They're ALWAYS busy & ALWAYS hustling. If you need proof, pre order your drink & see how fast they're moving when you go in to pick it up. & ALWAYS friendly. The crew looks mostly female, & they run their mornings like machine work. Love them.
