Subway

Ordered online and when I arrived my order wasn't ready because they were out of something for my request. Seriously? You couldn't have called me? Now I have to sit and wait in store. What's the point of ordering online. Edit: changed one star to two because Bryan Stevens says never leave anybody a one star review.

Saturday November 13, 2021 at 2:45 PM. This poor girl is working all by herself with no other employees here to help her. Despite being all by herself and having a long line of customers waiting in line for sandwiches she is doing an absolutely phenomenal job. Remaining calm, being attentive and moving thru the line with a good pace all while being very polite and respectful. Whoever this girl is deserves a bonus and a raise. You go girl! 💯

Need more workers. It was a Sunday. I placed a online order. Went to pick up didn't see it on the shelf. I was doing door dash so left to go pick up a order. Came back way later than my pickup time still nothing on the shelf for pickup. The poor girl was the only one working and she had a very long line of people. She had no time or help to make my order so it just was never made. I wasn't very happy but I understand it wasn't her fault. Very wrong to make her work alone.

WARNING: DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS LOCATION. I recently ordered online 4 subs with 3 of them being made from their most popular bread Italian. I immediately received a call informing me that they were out of Italian. "Ok," I thought and told them to cancel the order. I was then informed that I wouldn't be receiving a refund today, when I questioned why they didn't give an answer or even give an estimate to when I would see a refund. After that exchange I called Corporate and they informed me that there is no reason for them not to refund unless they purposefully said the order was complete mere seconds after I placed it. The rep advised if I don't see it in 2-5 days to issue a charge back as this location should never have touched that button until the order was truly complete. I would be more understanding if it was a mistake and they owned up to it, instead it seems they are attempting to get away with shady things and take advantage of people during these times. Update: I hadn't seen a refund so I went into the store and the manager resolved it so I have updated my score to reflect.

Oh Subway's, One star today. It was my last day inside a Subway. Prices have raised beyond what I am willing to pay for subs. The most affordable is the Cold cut or Ham sandwiches. I left without making an order. I can make ham and cold cut style sandwiches at home for my work lunch with store bought fixings.
