Well, the chicken tastes pretty good to me and all the other food I've had has been decent. The service has been pretty hit and miss though. The workers are trying hard, in my opinion, but it'd probably be better if they could staff more than 2 at a time. Also, make sure you check for your sauces. I've only gotten mine through the drive-thru once.

Every since they got rid or that terrible manager Misty, who refused to TRAIN and PAY half her staff this place is definitely trying to turn their reputation around. It’s been much cleaner, more inviting, and even quicker service since going under a new management. I’ve got to applaud the service or Teri, who went above and beyond to make our experience worth coming back. Also, Eddy, Gabe, and James had our food out rather quickly and added to our enjoyable experience! Thank you to all the employees there who have helped turn this place around after having such a horrific manager and staff for so long. Thank you!

I will try to balance this review with positive, but it's hard when there is obviously something terribly wrong there. Over the course of almost two months trying to patronize this business they had no sugar for sweet tea. It was always on order. They got the tea straightened out, and it is great tea. Third week trying to patronize the business, they are out of red beans and rice every single time. They have fabulous red beans and rice. Same with their shrimp and sauce.Each visit they tell you the beans or shrimp will be in tomorrow. The location of the business is great. Their biscuits are awesome! Love the music! It's clean! But consistently not having the best stuff on hand is not okay! This is very telling the business is not properly managed. I hope business is booming, thus they can't keep up. Regardless, your customers should never leave with an empty belly and a lot of excuses. At least give us a coupon to encourage us to return...

Will never come back! Awful, soda machine was empty, when we asked the manager just shrugged her shoulders! As it got kinda heated as no one could get anything to drink, the manager left and went next door to burger king! The place was dirty and bathrooms dirty! Should have people with customer service experience working there! Lunch Time and no one was ready for it!

I was hoping for a mediocre to good fast food experience. I was disappointed. I ordered the fish and shrimp platter. I had to substitute Cajun Rice for Red Beans and Rice, as they were out of the latter. Also, I was told there would be a five minute wait due to cooking the fish. 20 minutes later, I had to go back to the counter and ask for my order. When I finally got my food, the portions were small, the shrimp was cold, and the fish was very greasy. The biscuit was probably the best part, and it was nothing but a yeasty little hockey puck that was obviously made elsewhere, frozen, then thawed and rebaked. I should have read the reviews before stopping here. Live and learn I suppose. Hopefully others will read this review before making the same mistake I did...
