Mcdonald's

Yes it's fast food, and I usually don't leave reviews for these restaurants; however, I wanted to say that the staff today (6/6) was so friendly and welcoming! They truly went out of their way to provide great customer service and I just wanted to leave a review to say thank you! Would definitely return to this particular location.

This location just keeps getting worse and worse. The girl that greeted me in the drive thru was rude and sarcastic. They gave my order to someone else, while I waited for them to remake my order. I understand mistakes are made, but I don't think I'll be coming back to this location. I'll drive farther away for better service.

Our favorite location is the Evergreen store. The Hutton ranch location is getting better, but still has a long way to go. The Evergreen location rarely messes up our orders, but when they do, they are very apologetic, and quickly fix any issues. JT, Robert, and one of the morning/afternoon mangers (I can't remember her name for the life of me, but she loves to see our doxie puppy) all deserve a personal shout out for they professionalism, friendliness, and expertise at their respective jobs. Thank you for always going above and beyond every single time for all of your customers. Even on our worst days, the 3 of your never fail to bring a smile to our faces. As for the rest of the staff, thank you for feeding the town with consistently darn good food and for putting up with a lot of horribly rude customers with grace and professionalism. You all deserve a raise and recognition for your hard work.

Drive thru order taker was very rude. Restaurant wasn't busy, only one car in front of me. After waiting at speaker for several minutes with no response I pulled up to 1st window. I was very nice but employee acted as if she wasn't going to take my order. After she did so, she told me I needed to be more patient next time and I would probably have to wait for my current order. Awful attitude and experience. Never returning to this location
