Great customer service! Food is pretty good too. I love going to this Subway more than any other in town because of the better service. The only problem I have (hence the 4 stars) is sometimes the staff close down the restaurant an hour or two before the end of business hours.

My experience at this specific Subway location was beyond my expectations in the realm of customer service. I’m so appreciative of the employees who made my day and showed genuine care for me as a person and customer. A specific employee was the kindest person I’ve met in a while. Good job, Subway.

Here is the downside to Juneau, AK . . . when it comes to fast food, you can choose between either Subway or McDonalds. That's it.
This Subway is not too bad. It's relatively clean. The place is usually packed, and the workers are all scrambling behind the counter to crank out subs. So the tables often get neglected and you might have to clean your own. The $5 sandwiches are actually $7 here. Something that can't really be argued. The freshness of the ingredients varies by day, but I still go back.

The general employee was great but the manager was very rude. I placed my order and he acted as though as he was inconvenienced by my business. This subway was poorly managed. I don't understand how managing a sandwich shop could be so difficult for someone. This was the longest I've ever had to wait for a sandwich.

The downtown location is a favorite night out for my family. Staff keeps it clean appealing to the eye and suggestive sell while putting together your dinner! Love it..

the food is fine but I have to wait more than ten minutes for a sandwich? having only one person working on a busy Sunday is unfair to both the customer and the employee, management and owners must be pretty greedy. the food is standard subway food. 4 star food, one star service

Charged me for a full price foot long when I ordered a 6 inch sub of the day. Didn't realize it till I saw my bank statement. Emailed subway , never heard back. Went into the store and showed the employee there my bank stub, and he said, sorry, I don't make it so I can't do anything.

It was good.....nothing special.....just an ordinary subway.....but more expensive then the down south versions....and not as many meat types as down south ether.....i got 3 foot longs.....one being a meal.....my cost eat $38. and some change..... EXPENSIVE!!!!
