I love chili cheese coneys, and that's my constant meal...this time the bun had a weird flour patch on the bottom, should have no been used. But this was a one time issue. Never had that happen before.

Ordered on the app. Waited 10 min after the screen told me my order was on its way out. . Pressed the button only to find out they had never made the drinks. Brought my order messed up. Pressed the button again. The girl who came to the car was rude. Brought me another messed up drink. Had to ask for the manager to fix it.

Since we're gluten free we don't get to eat so the yummy food anymore. Sometimes when we pull up I want a #2 with cheese and a Frito pie but settle for a soda. Which still has the best ice!

Onion rings and tator tots that were supposed to be fresh, fried and hot were barely warm and tasted like they were re-warmed up in an air fryer. Burgers were greasy. Reeses Sonic blast was the only light to the visit!

Jackson Mo Sonic has the absolute worse food and follow up customer service I have ever experienced. NO quality control or food consistency,,, unless you count usually being nasty as consistency.

Jackson Sonic is the worst, if it wasn’t for my client. I would NEVER EVER come here. The service sucks, they bring the wrong food and their milkshakes are always melted!

The screen didn’t work in the first sport we parked and then we ordered tater tots with two types of cheese but they didn’t put any.

The food is good but the past 5 times I have went there they have messed up my order and staff is to hastful to get back inside acting like they don't want tips.
