Was served a raw chicken sandwich. When I tried to go inside the doors were locked but I could clearly see a couple of employees sitting and talking with a dog. Disgusting.

Our meals were just as we ordered them. We really like the big bacon classic. I can't eat onions, my Husband doesn't like mayo. They were perfect, fries were hot, and crispy. Perfect.

Was in on the evening of 5/21. There was one person in line in front of me and the employee kept her back to the customer and faced the menu board and read and mumbled it to herself and did not take orders. I thought maybe it was a personal thing between them two until it was my turn and I received the same treatment. I highly recommend owners or management do some secret shopping in this location. I am not sure how you are staying in business.

Drove though for a spicy chicken sandwich. I love em. Popeyes is my number one. Wendy's is way more available so there I go. Not a fan of much else at Wendy's

Door to refrigerator doesn't close leading to food being at an unsafe temperature. Mixing outside food with possible allergens with customer food

Prepare to wait and wait and wait. Slow service for years. Lucky if they get your entire order correct. Always something messed up. The owner obviously doesn't care about this location. Go to the one on Sargent rd instead.

We love Wendy's for the great food and hot! As a customer who visits fast food I would rather wait a minute for fresh hot food rather than cold and quick. Thank you Wendy's in Jackson, Michigan.

This Wendy's is so so slow !! All the time. They only take, then fill one order at a time. People give up and drive off. I spend my whole lunch hour waiting 😤
