Arby's

I called the location on Hwy 80 to see if they had the waygu burger . The person that answered the phone said yes. I made it there in about 20 minutes I went through the drive thru to place my order and they told me they were out of burgers. I drove off and I called the store and asked for the manager the lady that answered the phone told me she was the manager. I asked if they had the burgers in she said yes.I tried telling her what happen she told me if I want the burger come get it and hung the phone up in my face. Just rude I will not be visiting this location ever again.

I understand people walking in late is annoying and I'm not asking for 5 star service just the base human kindness when interacting. The lady getting our orders was rude to me and my family. Acted impatient and unkind when we had basic orders, no alterations or anything weird. Didn't make a scene just tried to be kind and polite as possible and still got a negative attitude. Don't go after dark because this place apparently has a manager bothered by her customers. If your having a bad day I'm sorry but don't put that out on your customers.
