Starbucks

Nasty dirty disgusting display case full of bugs and moldy food. I asked them why didnt they clean it or at least let the flies out of there. The "supervisor" said they dont serve the food in there. I'm fully aware of that but seeing as though I had to hear 3 personal conversations take place while waiting on my beverages I assumed they may have had time to actually clean something. There were crumbs everywhere napkins all over the place and I have to stand and look at moldy food and flies while waiting on something for someone else.....because you could not pay me to eat or drink anything in there. And I was highly upset that my parents wanted anything from here as well. Because its disgusting in there and none of the workers have a sense of pride or ethics because if they did it would reflect in their work. So I hope who ever the actual manager is gets this under control because we won't be back in this nasty store period! Pictured below is moldy egg bites and large well fed house flies....oh but no worries...the "supervisor" said its normal for flies to be in the bake case..."because its summer" 🤦🏾‍♀️ Lord help us all

I gave 2 stars only because of the drinks. The service is horrible. No one acknowledges you upon entering and also if you can’t wait between 15-30 minutes for your order you might as well leave. There’s no sense of urgency to get orders out and no friendliness. Now granted we’re all dealing with life the best we can; but no one seems to care about the job they get to do anymore.

Let me say this… all Starbucks don’t create drinks the same. Lol but THIS LOCATION DOES! When they closed down for a few weeks I was upset. Why? They know how to create drinks the way Starbucks created. It’s as if ALL new employees need to learn the Starbucks drink etiquette from them! Lol They learn their customers and they are friendly! I could go on but y’all might think they were paying me to write this. Lol but just know if I put this much energy into a review it’s because they need to be recognized. Keep it up Northside drive.

Starbucks does as Startbucks is. Nothing much to say. If you've been to one Starbucks you've basically been to all Starbucks. Boho artsy and calm, spoting a not pressed environment with an espresso shot of pretensiouness for those looking for that 😉. But this location was cool. Friendly, fast service, willing to please customers. I experimented with an iced caramel macchiato frappuccino. They combined both drinks for me. Tasted good 😌

The lady at the register didn't know what she was doing. She put in the wrong order and the barista made the wrong drink. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, they made me find a way to dispose of the erroneously made drink. That should not be the customer's responsibility. Also the woman at the register was not wearing her mask correctly (it was on her chin, exposing her nose and mouth) although the sign said everyone must be masked.
