Ihop

We've been to this location a couple of times and each time we got good food and good service. This site is a little smaller being in a strip mall, but they make the most of the space while keeping a good distance between patrons. They don't have a huge menu, but the family was able get something they would enjoy. For an affordable breakfast without too many frills, this is a good option.

ONE WORD : NASTY. We were seated by the window, the floor was sticky and nasty. I asked the waitress to have it cleaned before we eat. We were given dirty cups, nasty cutlery and we really lost our appetite. The waitress, also came back several times with napkins, straws but I’ve been to restaurants she should have been prepared, very inefficient and mediocre service. Clean your dishes, and floors, there is no way this establishment serves food and THE UTENSILS ARE DIRT SMEARED AND HAVE the other customers residue on it. I won’t eat here again. I did leave a tip. Because, my mom always says in the service industry waitress and workers are making most of their money off tips. But she didn’t deserve a tip. That resturant didn’t deserve my $100 bucks either.

Went there with my whole family. For myself I ordered an omlette that had roast beef on it. The roast beef was extremely greasy and smelled rotted. I sent it back to the kitchen and asked if I could order something else to go instead and another pancake combo meal also to go for my kid at home as we were now running out of time and everyone else in my group was already eating. I was told sure, no problem. I ordered something different and the other meal. They brought me the same omlette I sent back and said that's what you asked for the same thing without roast beef in it. I said no I didn't but it's fine whatever I'll take it after all what I didn't like was the rotted roast beef. I went home opened my food and found it was filled with the nasty roast beef all on the inside so I couldn't see it was in there. My daughters pancakes were also raw in the middle. This was clearly intentionally done just to be a**holes simply because they gave me rotted food in the first place. I used to spend about $250 a month at this location be it take out family bundles and/or dinning in. I will never spend another dollar here again and have permanently boycotted IHOP... I suggest any of the much better quality restaurants near by if you don't enjoy food poisoning, rude spiteful service, and undercooked food.

My first impression was a bit tarnished with the short staff. My husband and O waited for about 15 minutes before the gentleman at another table told a staff member we needed to be served. Any hoo, Melvin came along with is expertise and attention to detail and saved the day. He was all over the place but he did take care of us. He said, "this is what I do I'm, good at this"....he was right! Thanks

2nd time we’ve come there as a family and they can’t accommodate us. Excuse us always they they don’t have servers. Mind you it was 3 full families full of tables being served. The host literally told me, my wife and two boys that we could NOT sit down to eat and could only do take out. It was only 9:45pm. Annnddddd there were services there taking care of other tables. I asked if he could make an exception and he said if you order to go and stay nobody can get you anything.. I’m like huh? DO NOT GO HERE AT NIGHT!!!!
