Dunkin'

This place is a mess. I've been working on a project near by so for the past 5 months I've been going pretty much every day. The store is a complete mess and it's start with management. On several occasions I heard management speaking to employees as if they are worthless individuals. I think this is the reason why it seems like everyday they have new employees (I could be wrong). There's another dunkin donuts about 8 minutes away and that's where I plan to go, I suggest you do the same. Avoid this place moral is buried.

Poor customer service! There’s a male worker that always have his underwear showing and has an attitude! He works the morning and evening shift. Before I can even place an order, I hear him sucking his teeth like a little boy. Don’t bother saying thank you because he doesn’t care lol. Horrible customer service :) good night

HOW ABOUT NO STARS FOR THE ATTITUDE AND CRAPPY SERVICE i work walking distance from this place and i will go the extra 5 minutes to drive to the one in elizabeth because i have an issue with my coffee here every single time. i get to the window and simply asked if they put the carmael in me coffee because i order cream and no sugar specifically because the caramel is so sweet. when the woman gave me my coffee it appeared like there was absolutely no caramel so i nicely asked if it was possible to add more the girl next to her with long curly hair rolled her eyes all upset telling the woman she put it in there already. then the woman comes back with my coffee and napkins concealing it when i get to my job she had put a ton of caramel the coffee is not even drinkable at this point. beyond ridiculous certainly not coming again and advising others not to.

I don’t like writing reviews but today I just had to . i normally go to this location almost every day an i order the same exact thing so i know the price. yesterday i went i noticed the price was different but i didn’t pay it any mind because yesterday was Monday an i got my ice medium coffee for two dollars with perks app . Today i go an order the same thing I’m ordering a medium she’s charging me for a large than she catches attitude at me I’m not the type of person that try’s to get over on petty things such as that although the manager fix it to the correct price i still will never spent my hard earned money there again because of people with bad customer service skills like her works there

Was in love with this location until I kept noticing the woman who puts the lids on the drinks does not wear gloves. Everyone else is being safe with gloves and mask but always gloves except this one woman. She even picked up her phone and back to putting lids on our coffee. During this pandemic that is a huge no no. So I stopped going
