Arby's

My man at the window today, I can just tell he was going through it. The black car in front of us clearly had some issue cause he sped around the other side of the building. But my guy at the window did not let that mess him up. He was nice to us, laughed at my bosses bad jokes and gave us our food with a smile. Y'all start taking care of folks man. The times are harder out here then ever. I wish I would've asked his name but just really everyone there today was on it with what they had to work with. Y'all hang in there. I see you.

I usually had enjoyed Arab's sandwiches. A bad experience I had months ago told me to not go again. But it wasn't a Roast Beef. About 2 weeks ago I went up to the one on 601. Not only was the first BITE FILLED WITH A LONG HAIR, The waitress charged to much. I put the bag on the frigerator saying to myself Im getting my money back! Still haven't made it there. Not wasting high dollar gas just for that. I Do Believe I've Had It With ARBY. The 1st incident could have indamgered my life. Different ARBY. In Stanleyville near SAMS.

I love Arby's food when fast food is on the bill. I've always been impressed with Arby's ability to provide customers a good experience with consistency across every location I've been to. The S. Main High Point location provides great food and customer service when most if not all other fast food stores in the area fail miserably. I never use drive thru services at any restaurant so can't provide any information about that area's speed or accuracy when referring to getting in the bag what is ordered at the speaker. I can testify to the cleanliness, speed, friendliness and accuracy of my experience when I dine inside this location. The 5 stars I gave is my personal opinion and assessment regarding each of these very important areas that make eating out worthwhile.

Went for dinner Sunday night 3/20/22. Dining room was closed at 7pm. Ended up going through drive thru. Only car in line and it took 20 minutes to get our food. Gave us drinks first then asked us to pull forward. Ordered 2 diet drinks, a regular coke and a dr pepper with the meal. Gave us 3 diet cokes, and 1 carbonated water. Walked back to the drive thru window and made sure to let them know the dr pepper was out. Knew it was out but made it anyway. So got our drinks right but still had to wait on food. Girl working drive thru wasn't happy.

Why do you have on your website that you close at 11pm but ever time I come up there you are closed. First it was 8pm now I was there Saturday at 645 pm and you are closed. No signs speaker on but no one there. Why don't you just shut down completely. People do not want to get their dinner at 2 or 3 pm. We want it for dinner. I have just made my last 10 mile trip.
