Buds Broiler

I and a friend visited Buds broiler today. He had the number 6; cheeseburger with additional meat fries and a drink. I ate earlier and had fries which were delicious. Not seasoned tho which is good so u can control the salt proportion. I liked the parkstyle family bench, looks to b made of real wood. Mayb I'll have a hamburger next time and let u know wat I think of it.

This is the cleanest Bud's Broiler I've ever been in, but it still had the charm of the rest of the locations. The burgers, fries, and milkshake were all amazing, although my mother contends that other locations have a thicker milkshake, which she holds superior. One thing that can't be argued is that their prices are amazing -- at this point, it's both cheaper and higher quality food than McDonald's, with plenty big portion sizes. We got two burgers, two fries, and a small milkshake to share amongst 3 of us, and it was more than enough.

Last week I ordered roughly $42 of food for my family and I. We had 5 hamburgers and fries. All of the buns on the burgers were hard as if the bread was on the verge of molding. At this point, I was not going to contact the store. As I was eating my burger, I found a hair in the meat. I called the store to speak with the manager. After speaking with the manager about the buns and the hair, he agreed that the buns were on their way out. He offered to provide me with the same order if I contacted them within a week. I asked for my money back in lieu of eating at their restaurant again, and also left my phone number for his manager to call me back. I have not received a refund or a return call from his manager. I will not be eating at this restaurant again. A restaurant should not serve old food and should always provide a refund if their is anything in the food that is not shown on the menu such as employee hair.

Good value, good char-broiled burger. Fries and onion rings was crispy. Chili dog was split and served on a hamburger bun, a great format.Yummy chili. Only reason this got 3 stars is the service. The guy behind the counter was so busy tuning in the TV with a remote, he didn't even bother to greet us or say "Be right with you." I'd try another Bud's Broiler location if I could. Might go back to the Harvey one if I was stuck on the West Bank.

There is this guy who takes the orders at this location who has the most unauthentic personality of I’ve ever encountered. He intentionally makes an effort to make you feel uncomfortable. I worked in the service industry for over 10 years so I’m very conscious of people and the service they provide. If you’ve been there and had this same guy take your order, then you know who I’m referring to. I won’t be going back to this Buds Broiler. I will definitely frequent all the other locations because I absolutely love their burgers. However I will not return to the Buds Broiler on Manhattan Blvd.

Horrible service and horrible burgers. The taste in the patties is so bland. If you like lettuce on your burger you may want to skip it at this place. They don't drain it properly so your buns will be soggy withing 3 minutes. Fries are just frozen and dry.. feels like you're eating 3 popeyes biscuits with no water and minus any flavor. Strawberry milkshake is pure syrup. I couldnt even drink it.

I'm just going to put it out there! I went to buds a couple times about a job. Talked with the manager a couple of times about working there. Took my wife to eat we ordered they screwed up the order. I ask politely about remaking my burger. Now I'm barred? My suggestion don't eat here. I told them I was allergic to mustard! They did not follow food allergies potocol.
