Where is the customer service today?!?! Jayla is not representing you guys well. She had a attitude with us and the food, the whole time when preparing my husband and I food. You guys need employees that are welcoming. We almost walk out without ordering, but my husband was really hungry. I can see why you all are a low rating subway.

Let me say that my experience in this particular store was not completely bad, but there were just two things that made my experience somewhat disturbing. First, the store was very clean, and the food was fresh and prepared by two very professional young ladies. However, the music playing in the store was TOTALLY inappropriate. "I don't give a &$^* about you!" Not the kind of music that should be playing in a store like that. Never. Second, their was a young guy who worked there walking around in flip-flops and smoking right outside the door. He also didn't have a hat or a net on his hair. His pants were sagging and looking really unprofessional. The store would be very pleasant besides what I experienced, and I will go back in the future. However, I would like to see these things corrected when I go back for service. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my concerns, and I look forward to eating in your store again.

I would give them NO stars if I could. I ordered a foot long on uber eats. An employee Rowan called me n stated they were out of what I ordered. I didn't want a cold sandwich so ordered a roast beef instead . He said it was 10 cents more and that they were,about to close so I should cancel my order!! How frickin lazy is that!!? I had to call uber eats to get my order cancelled but will never order from THAT subway again. Laziest employees on the planet!!
