Freshii

I've been to this location and have always thoroughly enjoyed a good portioned healthy meal. In the last year, the portion sizes have been cut in half, forgetting to put some ingredients in (like rice...how can you forget a main ingredient) Some of the staff is rude and I feel proper hygiene is not taken seriously. They are wearing gloves, but using cash register, handling non food items, scratching head/face, wiping gloved hands on clothing and then use the same to prepare food??!! I use more hygiene in my own home with my own food....Will not be back to this location

I ordered a salad 4 days ago and to my surprise the portion size was so bad. It was a portion I would give to my 5 year old. When you are paying $15 or more I would like to think it would feed one person at least. Definitely not what I am used to when go there regularly. I called to inform them they said not a problem I will put your name on file and we will give you a free one next time. I called today and they went back on their promise and said they will just add more kale and that a free salad is not going to happen. Employee kept interrupting and talking over me , wouldn’t let me speak until I had to raise my voice. What is going on with todays customer service!!????? It takes a customer to get angry to try and settle the disagreement to be heard???Disgusting!

Hi eat here 3 out of the 5 times a work week. I am local. This is at least the third time where I have been disappointed. Especially being a vegetarian you would think I would be satisfied. The food portion was pathetic. I mean 40% of the bowl was full. Even the look at the girls who served me the bowl even looked embarrassed. I will no longer be eating here. There is NO value for my money. #DoBetter

What happened here? The new staff is ridiculously slow. Just talking and not focusing on work. Please fix this issue. Your store needs a manager!! Quite a shame, it used to be my favorite place to go for lunch but now my half hour break is not enough time. 20 min wait for one burrito is not acceptable for me.

Went there last night to order a smoothie, although I was ahead of the line, I was last to receive my smoothie; it literally took almost 20 minutes. The server literally took everyone’s order and than forgot about me I guess. Food is mediocre as well, the meat is gross. Hey Also Sriracha sauce is an extra charge with purchase of a $15-$20 bowl. That’s wild!

This is one of the worst Freshiis I have been to. I am a big freshii fan and never miss a chance to go there I see it but when I went in, I found their staff without gloves and their owner/manager(his name was Rana) constantly shouting to someone over the call and being totally unprofessional. I find that a complete disregard for customer service and whoever he was talking to. To make my experience worse, the food I ordered was disgusting and tasted like something that was expired. DO NOT VISIT THIS FRESHII.
