Firehouse Subs

I walked in to the restaurant at 11:30. Instead of the staff taking orders, they were preparing food. I guess at firehouse subs online orders are done first. 25 minutes waiting for someone to take my order + 10 minutes for sandwich. Food: The menu stated that you get a dill pickle with your sandwich, there wasn’t one. I put the sandwich in the refrigerator, and when I took it out to eat (later) the meat was rock hard. Will be my first and last time here I am all for supporting fireman, but come in this is fast food!!

I was in the Hackensack area today and my husband and I was looking for a good sub shop. We googled and found firehouse subs. I explained that this was my first time and the cashier suggested the Cajun chicken sub. It was horrible. It was slapped together with rubbery chicken, some lettuce and dozed in hot sauce . It was not good and I will never buy their subs again If you are looking for a good sub avoid this one .

Hadn't been to a Firehouse in quite awhile, and I can't remember why as I really enjoyed my sandwich on this vist. The star of the vist was the Firehouse cherry/lime soda, this alone was worth the trip. Could've easily gotten another half star, but they were out of pickles, so I had to deduct something, I mean no pickles at a sandwich shop tsk. . .take. . .tsk!

I went today to order a sandwich specifically told the gentleman in the front no pepper no onion i am allergic. He said ok They called my name i took my order and saw in the car it had everything im allergic to so I was like no biggie im going back to ask for my correct order. I politely tell them they had my order wrong and guess what the arabic guy started giving me a lecture about how I didn’t tell them and I was like I did tell you guys and even the registry guy was like yes I even told you. At the end I was like no problem and I just left my sandwich there. $18 dollars to the garbage never ever seen a place like this where you are even afraid to order cause they look so arrogant and then you ask for what you exactly paid for and leave empty at the end he was like i can make you a new one. Why didn’t you just do that the first time when I told you in such a nice way?

Went to.this location on Monday presidents day order a bunch of sandwiches including a chicken with mozzarella and a loaded potato soup for my wife took it home she ate the stuff it was about 1pm when she finished about 5.30 she started throwing up like mad roam was spinning cool sweats she ended up in hack hospital with food poisoning oh it wa a the only food she had that day how long is that soup in pot was it old sat out over night I'm e mailing has board of health to investigate will never go there again and will tell others
