Mcdonald's

We ordered the big mac meal deal OFF THE MENU. They did not understand that or know what we were talking about from the menu. So, they charged us double for the 2 for 5 AND the meal deal ($25). We waited 30 minutes to find out no one was working on our meal at all. The staff member was on her personal phone when I walked in. The first meal they brought us while pulled up to wait, was wrong, and then they just didn't work on our order or try to fix it. More people continued to get their food before us, and several staff approached us completely clueless. I went in after 15 minutes, THEN staff made the comment, "You didn't get none of your food?" I was livid. We waited 35 minutes total for 2 freaking big macs, 20 mcnuggets and 2 medium fries? SERIOUSLY. Staff did not apologize or take responsibility. Between them behind the counter, staff questioned each other, but no one started the order. They fixed the order, which is fine. They did not even offer reconciliation. The manager on duty has caused problems for me on a separate occasion I was there too. Tragic. Fast food? ha.

Maybe because I'm doing this out of anger and impatience. I ordered through Doordash, and the McDonald's here forgot my pancakes when it's a BIG BREAKFAST. I've called several times (no seriously 10x) and they hang up or never pick up. My friends food (mcgriddle) was literally black crisp burnt on the back. This was the worst food ordering and service.

We waited at the counter for a few minutes before an employee acknowledged us. Five minutes after receiving our food for dine in, we were told to leave because they were locking the doors. Very unprofessional and very disappointing. Nothing on the building or their website indicates that the lobby has different hours from the drive through.
