We are impressed with Trina!!!!! Very patience, kind and professional!!!!! She deserves a raise!!!! Honestly food service is hard work and she does her job with such an amazing presence!!!! Our family will come back to this Arby's because of the amazing service!!!! FYI: Mrs. Trina you are amazing and we appreciate how hard you work!!!! The drive-thru was busy and you took the time to be kind to my family.... You truly are a blessing...God bless you so much!!!!

Food was good but person working the window could not have been more rude. I was exceptionally polite, said thank you multiple times for the service and was blankly stared at. Repeated thank you once more thinking they didn’t hear us and was again just started at before the window attendant just walked away. Person didn’t say a single word the entire transaction.

I ordered 2 classic beef and cheddar sandwiches in the drive through. It took them 3 tries to get it right as I had a coupon for the same. 2 for $5. First they charged me for 4 sandwiches, then they charged me regular price for the 2 sandwiches, on the third try of me explaining ‘just 2 Beef and Cheddar sandwiches with my coupon’, they finally got it right. Then I pulled ahead to eat my sandwiches in a parking spot and found both of my sandwiches to be a sloppy mess of sauce and cheese light on the roast beef, and light on flavor...what garbage! Not the service, nor the food was suitable for dogs. Thanks for nothing.

This particular visit was not a good experience. I understand that the drive thru was extremely busy, hence why we went inside. We were the only ones at the counter and saw several people working, they saw us but did not even acknowledge our presence. I would have had no problem waiting if someone would have just said one word to us. We walked out and took our business elsewhere. It does not even take you away from your work to say a hello and be with you asap.
