This is definitely a good spot to come if you're looking to get some tasty wings or just some delicious food in general. Today was my first time visiting and in addition to getting some wings, I ordered the ranch burger and large fries. The veggies on the burger were fresh and the fries were nicely seasoned.

It may look like a hole in the wall when you see the outside, but don't be fooled. This place has amazing wings, boneless and otherwise. With a list of different flavors to choose. The prize is pretty good for the quality and amount you'll get, plus any additional sides you might like. Definitely worth a try!

Had the #2 Ranch burger special for lunch. Cheeseburger, fries and a drink for just over $7 with tax. Great price and the food is good.

I generally ordered Ranch Mushroom Burger, but decided to order something different this time. I ordered Ranch Hog Burger for the first time, and wow was that a burst of delicious flavors. The onion was sweet and it mixed so well with the crispy bacon that’s not too salty and then the hint of the sour from the combo mayonnaise and ketchup sandwiches between toasty buns. It’s now my favorite burger.
I also tried Spicy Seasoning for the first time on extra crispy wings and it was just the right amount of spiciness.
I can’t get enough.

This has already been said we would like to also say to please ignore the location and building. We had the best wings in a very long time here. Also the staff was extremely nice.

I always pass by this location and never paid attention till now. First time trying them today! Really worth it. I got lemon pepper and bbq. The ranch is okay, the fries were good and there almost the same price as wingstop. Definitely will be going here from now on! Worth the wait!!

By far my favorite wing place! The owners are so sweet and the customer service is excellent!! Highly recommend you try the spicy bbq and all the side options!!!

When you want the best wings in Fresno with screaming dipping sauces, Buffalo Ranch Wings & Things is definitely the spot. Wings are not impregnated with steroids and are just the right size for enjoyment and flavor.
