Finally a place that changes its fryer oil. We've been to so many places in the past month where the oil was rancid but this location of Burger King is great. Also the staff was quite friendly and the food was prepared quickly. 5 stars! 😊

They were amazing very fast and friendly service food came out nice and hot 3 employees asked if me and my grandmother had been helped while me and my grandma were looking at the menu deciding. The gentlemen who took our order brought us our cups for our drinks and our food when it was ready hel also asked what sauces we needed and brought them as well. Everyone on shift seemed to be engaged with their customers and the task at had great job guys! We will be back!

I specifically asked for onion rings well done 3 times. I received the opposite and returned them to be cooked longer. The manager just bagged it up and gave it back to me. Awful 😞 the Onion rings was for my boss. He threw them in the trash.

Both times i been here i waited so long in the driverthru. The girls inside act like they couldn’t hear me. I’ve waited for over 20 minutes both times just to place my order when i was just second in line. so slow. come to the window and theres a bunch of girls just laughing an talking to each other so i know they have enough workers. too bad they were all being lazy and management is no good. place is losing money because line didn’t move at all for 15 -20 & minutes at least 3 cars came waited and left. if you want Fast Food go somewhere else. second time i waited for 30+ minutes to get my order the same person who took our order came out and gave us the order outside.

I am a 65 year old lifelong Burger King Customer. I got the 2 for $12 order a week ago. Now they are lying to me about the burger NOT containing tomato's.
The one I got a week ago had 2 tomatoes. The one I got today had NO tomatoes. Everything is extremely expensive & NOW they are cheating us out of Tomatoes, my favorite fruit.

For starters , customer service isn’t the greatest . They always always always always always always always forever to give me something , fries, burger, nuggets What I dislike the most is driving home just to find out theres something missing . It’s not MY JOB to park my car just to check that all my items are in the bag . It’s their JOB , which they’re not doing the best of it . Been in the phone calling for the past 30 min and this phone is off . . So now I have to waste my gas and drive back up there for a fn cheeseburger that my kid is crying for because he didn’t get one . Get your 💩together Burger King crew . Instead of having your customers wait at the first window for 5-10 min make sure you are serving your cuatinera the right way

Expect a 30-1hr wait time for late drive thru. Definitely not worth the time coming over here. Extremely slow food
