Panera Bread

Coffee was good but this location is not maintained well. Water all over mens room floor, looks like leaking from base of commode, cant go in there without getting your pants wet which isn't a great start to the day. Two employees had just walked out of there so must not be a big deal. Counter where you prepare your drinks had sugar all over it and was dirty but cashier is just standing at register looking around like she has nothing to do. Stains from leaking garbage can all over the ground right by main entrance. They definitely don't take pride in this location. I go to lots of Paneras and almost all get 5 stars, not this one, it's filthy

Customer service was horrible both girls at the front counter two feet from me ignored that i was there thank goodness for the young lady with short hair at the rapid pickup counter or no telling how long i would have stood there she definitely should be management if shes not food was amazing tho my soup was still hot even tho i was late my salad was made just as a requested and the bread was absolutely heaven sent! If get friendlier employees who actually smile i would definitely be back more often

Panera is always good food. Gal who took my order today was friendly, engaging & helpful. My issue as a customer is: The lettering for food is small hard to read Confusing & to time consuming to read completely. I tend to not go very often & get frustrated when the items have been changed on the order board somewhere else.

Tables were very dirty, had to clean our own tables. They had the AC on, on a wet rainy day when it was 50 degrees outside. Our table had an air vent blowing extremely cold air down on us. We couldn't stand it and had moved to another table that was dirty with crumbs all over it and we had to clean it off with napkins and hand sanitizer.
