Mcdonald's

Location is pretty good in the morning, breakfast service is kind and solves customer service issues expediently. I can't say so much for the staff during the rest of the day. I order from doordash frequently, and our order are consistently wrong. I know people who collect McDonald's promotional happy meal toys. The staff was very judgmental toward them when asking questions.

I ordered via door dash. When I received my order, it was poorly packed that the burgers were literally exposed, and there was a piece of small onion on the side of the bag. The drink was placed sideways, I'm shocked it did not spill. The burgers and fries were simply placed inside the big bag, not a separate small brown bag (which food are normally placed in), the literal big brown bag. Aside from it was poorly packed, it was also very unhygienic. If I could give zero stars, I would've.

I ordered curbside. Curbside pickup closed the minute I pulled into the parking lot.. I have been sitting in this drive-thru line for the last 25 minutes. For 15 of those minutes, I sat at a silent speaker box, waiting. I wasn't even greeted. I just finally gave my order code and now I'm waiting behind the car that's ahead of me at the window. If I hadn't paid for my food already, I would have left by now.

I ordered one strawberry shake it took them nearly half an hour to bring my shake to me. I had ordered and then the guy walked off and went into the back and there were teenagers back there chatting and eating food and me and a couple other people were standing there shaking our heads like what the hell. The person who brought me my shake was very rude and I would love if they could change this. It should not take 30 minutes to get one shake. I’m never ordering from this McDonald’s again.

There service was terrible. I sat in the drive through and she told us to give her a “minuet” but when she really meant was let me take the other lines orders and you guys can wait so we got to see 7 cars go ahead of us before she told us to her her another minute. After two more cars we finally got to order and then wait around 25 more minutes to get the food. This place has opened my eyes to actually go hungry before trying to get some McDonald’s again. It honestly hurt me to give them a one star because there aren’t even wort that.

Every time I order from DoorDash or Uber eats my order is canceled, late, cold or is missing an item. I even went up there The other day to check out the actual restaurant itself and it was dirty and the staff where disrespectful. I sat at the drive through order screen for 15 minutes and then when I was stating my order she kept getting it wrong and then forgetting to add items she just repeated to me…. SUPER embarrassing for the manager of this McDonald’s and horrid customer service and employee’s.

I'm not Mclovin it lol. This is on my blacklist for pickup and delivery, being told I can wait like everyone else would be understandable except for the fact that when customers order and pay online for delivery, they expect their food to be ready at a certain time, and when the various apps send you to the restaurant it is when that order is be to be ready. Everytime I've gone against common sense I've waited longer than 15-20 minutes, and I can't justify doing it anymore no matter the pay, I'm losing money from other potential orders.. On top of that, except for maybe 1 or 2 employees the staff is either rude or ignores you. I understand if they are understaffed, some things are beyond their control. But anymore going there is not worth the mileage or pay. I feel bad for those employees there that do try their best, and hope they find a place that appreciates them more. Hearing the Manager berate one of them last night was the final straw. I do apologize to anyone that orders 'Mcdelivery', I've been there with other Delivery Workers and most feel the same as me. And if you aren't able to or don't tip, you'll probably wait longer than usual.
