Five Guys

I was craving a great burger and fries and thought of Five Guys Burgers. Staff was nice and service was quick however the product I received was very disappointing. Typically when you order a fry you get a little extra but I got enough to almost fill the tiny cup. I ordered the Little Bacon Burger, small fry and large drink. The burger was dry and not seasoned at all. I had small crumbles of bacon and a tiny ring of mustard that immediately soaked into the bun. Consuming the burger took effort as it was dry as the Mojave Dessert. The price I paid was $16.01 I have never felt so wronged on a meal in my life. I’m just stunned. That’s it..absolutely disappointed in my decision. I should’ve stayed with Whataburger next door. Never again will I come back to this place.

Prices are 'CRAZY' for hamburgers. Maybe I wouldn't even care so much if it was really quaint inside but it feels like we are eating in a school lunchroom, only a few tables, many not cleaned and CROWDED, the red and white decor needs more than that, it needs a 'REAL 50s diner atmosphere with 'LOTS OF ROOM, MORE SPACE, BOOTHS AND stools at a counter.' And prices not comparable to steak house prices. Oh, and at their prices they should wait on you.

Customer service was excellent!! We pulled in right at closing, with ten people (after ten hours in the car) and the staff was upbeat, helpful, and had great service! Where I wouldn't have blamed them for being bummed that a group comes in at that time, they took care of us wonderfully! I've never been a raving fan of Five Guys, like some that I know, but the food was great, and service means a lot to me. Thank you!

Very impressed with the young man that helped me out earlier. Thought I had ordered through their website but unfortunately it wasn’t and they didn’t get the order. He did what he had to do to make it right with me and had my order done in no time. Wish I would have gotten his name but he definitely knew what he was doing so if he wasn’t the manager he should be. Thanks again!
