Subway

Worst customer service ever. Every time I go those female employees have the biggest attitude. What happened to the customers always right? I’ve managed a subway in college for 5 years so I know the drill. The only time I will EVER go back is if the young short black kid is there because he’s the only one with common courtesy and respect. I understand if you don’t like your job but you’re still getting paid so don’t complain and take it out on me as a customer. It’s a shame because I love subway and this location is very close to me

There was 1 employee who had no help. We had a long wait for service. Ran out of veggie stock (No spinach available). The employee said that he was tired. When I reached my destination to eat my sandwich with my husband, the bread was so saturated with the watery sweet onion dressing that ran out onto my husband's shirt. No napkins was placed in our bag. We couldn't enjoy our sandwiches and threw them away.
