The Subway on 8 mile and Schaefer worker don't work outside smoking a cigar talking and spitting on sidewalk near the door. Will not go back! 7mile & Lodge service drive Subway the open sign was on but the it was closed and drive thru closed it supposed to be open until 8pm

Horrible workers, they don’t want to work, and they are taking break on lunch time. Stupid protocol for a restaurant. Closed for a break on 12:30 pm . Lol !! If you order online you would have to wait 40 minutes for worker to coma back give you your sandwich!!! Horrible. Don’t ever go there !!!

Worst customer service ever. Every time I go those female employees have the biggest attitude. What happened to the customers always right? I’ve managed a subway in college for 5 years so I know the drill. The only time I will EVER go back is if the young short black kid is there because he’s the only one with common courtesy and respect. I understand if you don’t like your job but you’re still getting paid so don’t complain and take it out on me as a customer. It’s a shame because I love subway and this location is very close to me

There was 1 employee who had no help. We had a long wait for service. Ran out of veggie stock (No spinach available). The employee said that he was tired. When I reached my destination to eat my sandwich with my husband, the bread was so saturated with the watery sweet onion dressing that ran out onto my husband's shirt. No napkins was placed in our bag. We couldn't enjoy our sandwiches and threw them away.

Do not eat here!! THEY SERVED ME MEAT WITH BLUE SPOTS ALL OVER AND MOLDED BREAD !!! Then when I came back up there the staff gave me attitude and told me “you doing too much when you could’ve just ate all the pieces without the blue spots and mold”
