New employees goofin' tonight... This is supposed to be a Big Mac sans pickles and lettuce. They got that right, but uh... Well, just take a look and see if you can spot the issue. That said, they did give me an extra fries for the long wait, so it wasn't all bad. Just, yanno, I'd hope you'd familiarize your new employees with what's probably your most iconic menu item.

We were in Erie for a doctor's appointment and went through the drive through. We ordered 2 quarter pounders with cheese, a large fries, medium mocha frappe and large coke. Our burgers were the best! So juicy and flavorful! Best food we've had from a McDonald's in a long time. Fries yummy and mocha frappe was great too. My husband enjoyed his coke with no ice too.

NOT ONCE HAVE I EVER EVER EVER GOT EVERYTHING I ORDERED. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE OR YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. Also always make sure you get your reciept. The managers NEVER answer the phones. Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru. To still not have my order correct. Big Mac missing slice of cheese. Ordered a cheeseburger happy meal only mustard and got a chicken nugget meal. Take some pride in your work.. The sandwiches are literally thrown together. I used to work here, its really not that hard.. Food is almost always cold and fries are usually nasty and over salted. Staff constantly changes because the few who actually care cannot stand to work with a bunch of people who don't. They should just close this location. It's sad when the state street location downtown is missed and did better than this location. P.S. If you want fresh fries at ANY mcdonalds ask for French fries WITHOUT salt. They have to make a new batch.

HORRIBLE service… i waited in line for about 10 minutes then decided to go in and order and i waited ANOTHER 30 minutes. took about ten minutes just for someone to take my order then another 20 to get the food.. Employees just stood around doing NOTHING. and to top it all off they gave me the wrong stuff. never going there again.

HORRIBLE service. extremely lousy workers, that were just sitting around, also while having a full line inside and outside. they were disrespectful, and the cashier was very high. after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru, then another 30 inside, they still got my order far from right, and the food just tasted nasty. would not recommend.
