Felt as I I were being rushed through an assembly line. Food was poorly packaged and would have made the journey home had to ask attendant to re package it to have it thrown in a box. 62.00 should have looked better coming out of the window

Greg abbot passed a law to be fully open they haven't got the message shouldn't have to wait in line to get a sweat tea open I rate 3 stars only for that single reason....still best chicken express within a 50 mile radius. Do better yall seriously!!!

Horrible food! Everything was cold! The chicken was dry, the leg and the breast. The okra was soggy. No flavor the roll was cold… no seasoning just bland. I hadn’t ate all day its3:23 pm now I end up eating this. Smh

Made to order fish was not . It was left overs and hush puppies tasted funny. Very disappointed.

Waited in line forever for cold okra and cold gizzards, most cook you fresh and a very unfriendly lady working the window. Won't be going back to that Chicken Express

I went through the drive thru today to get a snack pack for my son on the way back home. 1st issue I had is the person that took my order needs to work on their listening skills as I had to repeat twice that my son wanted CORN NUGGETS as his side item. I get to the window, I pay & receive our teas. However, when we receive our food, there was absolutely NO EMPLOYEE INTERACTION. As soon as I handed the food to my son & turned around the person was gone- even before I could ask for condiments or napkins (which I DID NOT RECEIVE). Then we get home to eat our food & my son receives old, soggy french fries in his snack pack- Not the Corn Nuggets I had to repeat twice to them that he wanted!!!! 😡😡😡
GET IT TOGETHER CHICKEN EXPRESS- ENNIS OR HIRE SOME EMPLOYEES WHO KNOW HOW TO LISTEN & GIVE QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Poor experience. Dining room closed due to not enough staff. Rude drive through staff. requested a call from ownership 2 days ago, and still no response.

This used to be a good place, but the quality has gone way down. Today I bought an 8 piece combo, the chicken was so salty it’s barely eatable. I will probably never go back to this location.
