BEST BREAKFAST TACOS EVER!!! I don’t live in Elgin anymore, but anytime I come into town, we have to make a stop here. This family-run taco shop is a true gem. Handmade tortillas and delicious salsas put their tacos over the top! Try the Texas Tech Taco if you’re a carnivore- you won’t be disappointed!

Best around.. I've been away from my hometown for some years.. ended up coming back and it's still THE BEST! Only thing I'd change is closing time. Some days I'm so busy I don't eat until around 1-2pm
