Placed an order today thru door dash. They didn't have the cake that i ordered, so they gave me a few other options. So I did choose another cake. Til they make me place another door dash order and pay $6 more +$12 door dash fees. A total of extra $18 for their fault. I waited over an hour, went thru 2 door dashers for their stupidity. This place is more trash than ever. NEED MORE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING before giving them a job. Can't just hire anyone and everyone.

I just moved from Chicago to Elgin, I just bought a house here. Every morning M-F I look for a DD and drink a cup of coffee while I read for 30 minutes, is a habit that I have in Chicago. I came for first time at this Dunkin, and a lady worker come to me while she was cleaning the tables and said : "Excuse me, time to go, there is only 30 minutes allowed to be here " I just smile at her; but that was very rude, you don't treat people like that unless they are doing something wrong. Great service is a important key factor when growing your business. (I am a business owner). She just kick out a very good costumer which expend around 90.00 dls a month in Dunkin Donuts. I will better look for another dunkin, I hope this is not in every dunkin at Elgin. You never see something like this in Chicago.
